Alright, let's be honest—postpartum is hard!

If you're a first-time mom, it can be difficult to imagine what this season will look like. If you've done this before, you may still be wondering how adding another baby to the family will change things. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, bringing a newborn home is a unique experience every time.

While the postpartum period can be challenging and require plenty of adjustment, it is also an incredibly special time. My goal is to help you feel confident as you navigate those early days and weeks with your baby. Together, we'll work toward creating a rhythm that supports you, your baby, and your entire family.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own. I'm here to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support as you transition into this new chapter.

Many people think primarily about the physical recovery that comes after having a baby. However, postpartum recovery is emotional as well. Between hormonal shifts, processing your birth experience, caring for a newborn, and recovering physically, there is a lot to navigate during this season of life.

As your doula, I will support you through both the physical and emotional aspects of postpartum recovery. My goal is to provide encouragement, education, and practical support while helping you feel confident in your transition to parenthood.
