Gracious Labor Birth Support

I offer two prenatal visits. At the first prenatal appointment, we will discuss different coping techniques and we will work to form your birth preferences. At the second prenatal appointment, we will discuss how to prepare for postpartum and life as a parent. 

Once you go into labor, I will provide unlimited support virtually. Once you are in active labor, I will meet you in person and will continue supporting you until the birth of your baby. Once your baby has arrived, I will stay for approximately 90 minutes to help feed baby and make sure both parents have everything they need.

I offer two postpartum visits. Each postpartum visit can be catered to your needs. We can focus on mental/physical recovery, newborn care and education, light household cleaning, and postpartum education.

Regardless of how you envision your labor, I will be there to support and help advocate for you.

I believe in family-centered care, which means involving partners and family members in the birth experience. I try to encourage families to participate by guiding them on how they best can support you. Labor is truly a team effort!
