Gracious Labor Birth Support

I offer two prenatal visits designed to help you feel informed and prepared. During the first appointment, we will discuss various coping techniques for labor and work together to create your birth preferences. During the second appointment, we will focus on preparing for the postpartum period and the transition into parenthood

Once labor begins, I will provide unlimited virtual support to you and your partner. When you enter active labor, I will join you in person and remain by your side, offering continuous support throughout your birth experience until your baby arrives. After the birth, I will stay for approximately 90 minutes to assist with feeding, support initial bonding, and ensure both parents have everything they need as they begin this new chapter with their baby.

I offer two postpartum visits, each tailored to meet your family's unique needs. During these visits, we can focus on your physical and emotional recovery, newborn care and education, postpartum healing, and adjusting to life with your new baby. I can also provide light household support to help ease the transition during those early weeks.
